GENERAL UPDATE: State of the Cooperative Open to the Public!
The SNAC State of the Cooperative makes a comeback this Spring!

Of course, all SNAC members and editors are encouraged to attend, but this year we are planning to open the event to the general public! The last time this event was held was in September 2023 and so much has happened since then and we are in the process of planning a program chocked full of news, plans and recaps of our productive 2025 and more since we’ve missed some time.
Date: March 11, 2026
Time: 1-4 pm EST
Location: Virtual
Cost: FREE!
SNAC Working Group leaders and members should collaborate on ideas for what they would like to discuss and ideas should be sent to SNAC Director Jerry Simmons or snac.cooperative@gmail.com. Recordings of previous State of the Cooperative meetings can be found below. A flyer for the event is below and SNAC members and editors should feel free to circulate the flyer to their networks and other outlets such as libraries, archives, museums, historical societies and other community hubs!

As mentioned above, the State of the Cooperative is scheduled for March 13, 2025 from 12-5 pm EST. The event will be virtual, but registration is not yet open as we await planning in the coming weeks (so stay tuned!)
